About the Role
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work on a multidisciplinary High‑rise building project, focusing on mechanical components. • Oversee construction activities for mechanical systems, including district cooling, ventilation, air‑conditioning, fire & life safety, heat recovery, and BACS. • Review and endorse shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, as‑built drawings, and testing & commissioning documents. • Assess field change requests, determine impact, and coordinate redesigns with internal design teams. • Coordinate MEP service layouts with all disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure feasibility. • Prepare or supervise plant general arrangement drawings, P&IDs, feasibility reports, calculations, specifications, schedules, tender documents, price schedules, engineer’s estimates, and acceptance documents. • Represent the company in technical client meetings, supervise junior staff, and provide technical guidance for their development. • Develop review documentation, including comments, recommendations, and corrective action plans for the prime contractor.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience on large residential developments, with strong knowledge of HVAC, public health, and fire‑life safety systems.
