About the Role
The Field Recruiter role is responsible for full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. Working closely with hiring managers and regional leaders, the recruiter delivers talent that directly influences business performance and growth. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to maintain a consistent flow of qualified talent. • Gather interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a transparent, timely candidate experience and serve as the primary point of contact. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and follow standardized recruiting processes. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency. • Account for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires within assigned areas. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. • Contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, from requisition intake to offer acceptance. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). • 1–3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a high‑volume environment. • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates, managers, and partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to clarity and professionalism. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management abilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP a plus).
