About the Role

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, implementing, and overseeing cross‑functional programs that align with organizational objectives, aiming to help the sales team sell more effectively by updating tools, content, and training. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who fosters a culture of continuous improvement, drives measurable year‑over‑year performance gains, and champions commercial excellence to exceed key performance indicators. This leader also shapes the organization’s strategic direction with short‑ and long‑term plans supporting sustainable, profitable growth. Key responsibilities include boosting sales team performance by identifying and improving commercial processes, developing and executing sales enablement strategies that align sales, marketing, and product teams to business goals, and identifying knowledge gaps to streamline processes. The manager gathers feedback from sales teams, uses analytics to assess effectiveness, designs and delivers comprehensive onboarding for new hires (including Manufacturer Representatives), and communicates key messages to multi‑organizational stakeholders. • Boost sales team performance by identifying and improving commercial processes. • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies aligning sales, marketing, and product teams. • Identify knowledge gaps, streamline processes, and gather feedback from sales teams. • Use analytics to assess program effectiveness and drive change. • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding for new hires, including Manufacturer Representatives. • Communicate key messages and address expectations of multi‑organizational stakeholders.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are 5‑7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a sales or sales‑support role, a BA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment managing resources from Marketing, Product Management, and Sales. Preferred credentials include an advanced degree (MS Engineering, MBA), Six Sigma or PMP certification, strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication and influencing skills, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM. • 5‑7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or sales‑support roles. • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment. • Advanced degree (MS Engineering, MBA) preferred. • Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred. • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
