About the Role
Participants rotate through key business functions—including Operations, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Post‑Collection—while learning to lead large teams, manage complex infrastructure, and engage in leadership workshops, guest speaker sessions, and project‑based learning supported by ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. What You Bring
