About the Role
• Operate various heavy equipment, including blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid‑steer, aerial lifts, roller, backhoe, and track crane. • Follow safety regulations and maintain clear, orderly housekeeping. • Perform routine maintenance, monitor equipment operation, and detect malfunctions. • Follow work plans and pre‑task cards. • Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, procedure manuals, and load charts. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements; lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (over 50 lb with assistance).

The position requires following prescribed regulations, performing routine maintenance, and may evolve without notice.
