About the Role
The analyst will work closely with experienced Investment Sales professionals and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Capital Markets, Research, Valuations and Marketing. • Undertake property‑level cash flow and financial modelling • Prepare detailed property underwriting and marketing collateral • Analyze market data for reports, presentations and client materials • Assist with advertising material for press and online campaigns • Contribute to pitch documents for major transactions • Manage due‑diligence queries and provide timely, accurate responses • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Capital Markets, Research, Valuations and Marketing

What You Bring
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Property, Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline and have experience in a similar analyst role or as an Assistant Valuer. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with RP Data and Landchecker are required. • Degree in Property, Business, Economics, Finance or related field • Experience in a similar analyst role or as an Assistant Valuer/Valuer (preferred) • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation • Experience with RP Data and Landchecker property research platforms • Basic financial modelling knowledge and interest in investment analysis • Strong organisational skills handling large datasets and multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and manage competing tasks
