About the Role
The role involves developing and maintaining detailed construction programmes and a master schedule, integrating scheduling with reporting and broader project‑control functions, and coordinating with stakeholders across planning, pre‑construction, construction and commissioning phases. The planner will monitor, analyse and report schedule performance, conduct quality checks, critical‑path analysis and forensic delay reviews, and present insights through dashboards and summary reports. • Develop and maintain detailed construction programs and the Master Schedule. • Integrate scheduling with reporting and broader project controls functions. • Coordinate with stakeholders across planning, pre‑construction, construction, and commissioning phases. • Monitor, analyze, and report schedule performance, progress, and forecasts. • Conduct schedule quality checks, critical‑path analysis, and delay/forensic reviews. • Present schedule insights via dashboards and summary reports. • Promote a healthy, flexible work environment that respects work‑life balance and supports diversity and inclusion.

What You Bring
The Infrastructure team in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Project Planner (Senior or Associate) to support a nationally significant infrastructure programme, focusing on planning and project controls. Candidates must have full Australian working rights, be based in Adelaide, and possess proven experience as a Project Planner, Scheduler or Schedule Manager on major infrastructure projects such as rail, utilities, aviation or ports. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with tools like Safran, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk and Power BI are required, along with experience in both consultancy and client‑side environments. Successful applicants are friendly, approachable and relationship‑focused, with strong communication skills that simplify complex technical information and a collaborative mindset eager to learn from Project Directors. • Hold full Australian working rights and be located in Adelaide. • Proven experience as a Project Planner/Scheduler on major infrastructure projects (rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport). • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; exposure to Safran, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk, and Power BI. • Experience in both consultancy and client‑side environments. • Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical information. • Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn from Project Directors.
