About the Role
The Counter Sales Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call clients, processing and quoting orders, communicating product information, providing technical advice, and identifying upsell opportunities. The position also involves pulling orders as needed and performing other assigned duties. • Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information • Pull orders as required • Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information • Provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and resolve customers’ problems • Upsell related products, add‑on extensions, and inform customers of promotions

What You Bring
