About the Role
• Operate and control boiler, pressure vessels, vacuum and condensate recovery, preservative mix, transfer/storage, hazardous/solid waste processing, charge transfer tables, and emergency equipment per procedures. • Perform inspector, machine operator, and laborer duties as required. • Maintain target production levels for treating operations. • Carry out security duties and contribute to the company safety program. • Apply solid knowledge of federal and state regulations, quality control standards, and customer specifications for the treating department. • Adhere to hazardous waste regulations. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with 150% match on the first 4% of deferrals. • Work for an equal‑opportunity employer that supports veterans and disabled individuals.

What You Bring
The role involves operational work related to daily work instructions, inspection, grading, treatment and materials, and requires safe and proficient operation of the treating plant. • Pass state pesticide certification exam and maintain required licenses (pesticide applicator, boiler operating, PIE). • Complete respiratory training, medical exam, and fit test. • Complete continuous education units to retain pesticide certification.
