About the Role

In this role you will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver complex implementation project plans on time and accurately. You will act as a subject‑matter expert on implementations, guide operational processes, data flows, and regulatory impacts, and lead client training sessions. Partnering with functional teams, you will translate feedback into service improvements, build strong advisory relationships during implementation, and facilitate the hand‑off to the account team. Additionally, you will lead meetings, manage action items, identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues, and maintain onboarding analytics and data accuracy, including coordination with Billing for invoice accuracy. • Execute onboarding of strategic accounts and manage client communications. • Serve as subject‑matter expert on implementations and non‑standard use cases. • Provide guidance on processes, data flows, regulatory impacts, and lead client trainings. • Translate customer feedback into actionable service enhancements with functional teams. • Build and maintain strategic advisor relationships during implementation and transition to account team. • Lead meetings, document action items, and ensure timely execution of project plans. • Identify opportunities and risks across the customer’s organization and propose solutions. • Escalate and resolve implementation issues as a client resource. • Manage onboarding analytics, reporting, and dashboard usage. • Ensure accuracy of internal and external data inputs for successful implementations. • Collaborate with Billing to verify definitions and first‑invoice accuracy.
