About the Role
The Receptionist and Facilities Administrator role is based onsite for a tech client in Sydney CBD, with overall responsibility for front‑of‑house operations and delivering a unique, authentic client experience. The position involves managing visitor access, supporting facilities services, and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly. • Greet clients and contractors, manage the sign‑in process. • Provide superior customer service and maintain a welcoming front‑of‑house experience. • Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings, liaise with vendors and catering teams. • Prepare rooms with appropriate setups, supplies, and ensure audio‑visual equipment functions. • Support the facilities team with maintenance, staff moves, relocations, and ad‑hoc requests. • Issue access cards and assist with security procedures. • Receive and log courier deliveries, notifying relevant staff. • Follow escalation and incident‑reporting protocols.
