About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role oversees all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, ensuring properties achieve occupancy goals while maintaining positive community experiences. • Show, qualify, tour, and lease prospective residents, completing all paperwork before move‑in. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close rentals. • Track prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, and meet or exceed leasing targets. • Conduct lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and assist with turnover processes. • Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and execute resident retention initiatives such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Perform administrative tasks and maintain clean office and common areas. • Assist with annual marketing plans, market surveys, and weekly competition reports. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and uphold community policies. • Uphold Fair Housing and OSHA regulations in all activities.

Benefits
