Executive Assistant
Support CEO with calendar, communications, travel, and project coordination.

About the Role
• Provide logistical and operational support for CEO which may include a small percentage of personal tasks: paying bills, coordinating/managing personal or medical appointments, etc. • Interface with investors / clients and coordination / planning key client events • Assist with basic office management activities • Set up processes and put these into place, add organization and create structures • Maintain and update contact information, and CRM • Liaise with travel agent to book primarily business travel arrangements • Protect the CEO’s time by prioritizing meetings and tasks, screening calls and emails, and acting as a gatekeeper to the executive office • Manage both (primary) business and (light) personal calendars for the CEO with regular high-level contact with clients and investors

What You Bring
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a financial services office environment • Proficient using Google Sheets and other organizational software, CRM tools • Must be tech-savvy • Bachelor’s Degree is required • Strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite • Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Must be adept at reading through emails, problem solving, and gathering key content and outstanding items that need to be handled
