About the Role

The Branch Manager is accountable for profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for the assigned location, and must achieve EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, staffing, training, customer relationships, vendor partnerships, market‑share growth strategies, compliance, and environmental health and safety. The role also requires ensuring efficient operations through adherence to policies, procedures, and process excellence. • Accountable for profit & loss, inventory, and accounts receivable at assigned location(s). • Achieve earnings before interest and tax (EBIT), return on investment capital (ROIC), and return on sales (ROS) targets. • Provide operational oversight and ensure excellence in inventory management. • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands. • Utilize training programs to develop sales and operations expertise. • Initiate and nurture relationships with existing and new customers. • Act as liaison to functional leadership to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction. • Monitor local market trends and develop strategies to increase market share. • Collaborate with vendors to maximize sales and profitability. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations. • Uphold environmental health and safety standards and regulatory responsibilities. • Operate a company or personal vehicle >20% of the work week; maintain an acceptable MVR.

What You Bring

Candidates generally need 7+ years of related experience and must operate a company or personal vehicle for more than 20% of the work week, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
