What You Bring
We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians who want to transition to BMS (Building Management System) roles. This position is based at Sydney’s Macquarie Business Park and includes a three‑month structured onboarding program. We require candidates to have commercial HVAC operational experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, a passion for front‑line safety identification and resolution, a full driver’s licence, and willingness to travel within the Sydney area. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. Pre‑employment checks—including reference, medical, criminal record, and drug & alcohol testing—are part of the eligibility process. • Complete OEM‑certified BMS training within 3 months • Hold a valid driver’s licence and travel within Sydney • Possess commercial HVAC experience and strong communication skills
