About the Role

• Participate in recognition programs, tuition reimbursement, stock purchase, and learning opportunities. • Work full‑time mid‑shift (10 am‑7:30 pm) with flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. • Greet guests and owners upon arrival. • Process check‑in and check‑out, generate folios, and collect payments. • Log housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments. • Restock front‑desk supplies and prepare arrival packets and area information. • Answer and route phone calls. • Multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

What You Bring

The position is full‑time with a mid‑shift schedule of 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, and it requires flexibility to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is needed to stand for extended periods while managing front‑desk operations. • Communicate fluently in English. • Minimum six months of customer‑service experience. • Availability for weekends and holidays; ability to stand for long periods. • Preferred: prior front‑desk or guest‑services experience, cash/credit‑card handling, resort hospitality background.
