About the Role

The Road Mechanic role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas equipment. Technicians work in remote and challenging locations, aiming to complete tasks safely and efficiently to minimize equipment downtime. • Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management. • Provide own mechanic tools as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred, and possess 3–5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑construction, or specialty‑line equipment. A valid driver’s license is required, and a CDL may be necessary for some sites. Applicants may need to provide their own mechanic tools and, depending on location, be bilingual in Spanish or another language. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting 50 lb or more, bending, squatting, crouching, and working both indoors and outdoors.
