About the Role
The incumbent will acquire and apply detailed knowledge of Perry Homes construction procedures for the Phase II process—from sheetrock taping and floating to final home completion—and perform warranty service in line with company protocols. This role also involves overseeing multiple jobsites, managing material orders, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. • Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites • Order construction materials • Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks • Ensure compliance with Perry Homes quality standards • Manage construction time, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders

What You Bring
Key competencies include project management, a strong customer/client focus, effective time management, robust organizational skills, clear communication and relationship building, meticulous attention to detail, and the initiative to drive tasks forward. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant management or leadership experience. Candidates must be able to communicate and negotiate professionally with contractors and homeowners, handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, interpret complex construction documents, and demonstrate proficiency with MS Office applications. Knowledge of local building codes, Perry Homes policies, a valid driver’s license, and a compliant truck are also essential.
