About the Role

The Transformation Program Manager will lead the execution of strategic transformation initiatives that support JLL’s Strategy 2030, reporting to the Global Head of Transformation. This role manages complex, cross‑functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring measurable business outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives. • Lead end‑to‑end execution of strategic transformation programs aligned with Strategy 2030. • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and REMS business lines. • Establish program governance structures, steering committees and workstreams; develop charters, workplans and milestone tracking. • Identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies; manage program budgets to optimize ROI. • Conduct regular executive reporting and program reviews for C‑suite and transformation leadership. • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, communication and change‑management activities to drive adoption. • Develop and monitor KPIs, success metrics, ROI and cost‑savings; perform health assessments and corrective actions. • Lead virtual and hybrid teams through influence, without direct authority, and provide mentoring. • Oversee timeline, budget and resource allocation; coordinate activities across workstreams and external vendors.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (an MBA, PMP or advanced program‑management certification is preferred) and 5‑8 years of program‑management experience, including at least three years leading large‑scale transformation projects, preferably in professional services or real estate. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in program‑management tools, financial analysis, change‑management principles and strong executive communication. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PMP or advanced program‑management certification preferred. • 5‑8 years of program‑management experience, with 3+ years leading complex transformation initiatives. • Proven experience in professional services, real estate or related industries and large‑scale organizational change. • Expert proficiency with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com or Smartsheet. • Strong financial analysis, budget management and change‑management expertise. • Excellent executive presence, influencing skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly. • Core competencies: strategic thinking with operational execution, advanced problem‑solving, exceptional organization and time‑management, analytical accuracy, risk management and issue resolution.

Benefits

The role is based in Chicago or New York and requires on‑site attendance at least three days per week. Estimated total compensation ranges from $187,300 to $257,500 annually, and the benefits package includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, paid parental leave, paid time off, company holidays and early access to earned wages through Daily Pay.
