About the Role
Key responsibilities involve repairing and replacing ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and various automatic folding, sliding, and swinging doors. Technicians will also perform preventative maintenance, service a wide range of door equipment, manage multiple projects under time constraints, and deliver excellent customer service in both team and independent settings. • Repair and replace automatic door components including ADA operators, swing, sliding, and folding doors. • Service various door equipment and control devices; conduct preventative maintenance. • Apply carpentry skills for partition framing and door/window installation. • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team. • Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. Candidates should have at least two years of experience installing or servicing automatic doors, with AAADM certification preferred. Required skills include strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry ability for partition framing and door/window installation, a clean driving record, and a positive, professional attitude. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail. • Minimum 2 years experience as an automatic door installer/service technician; AAADM certification preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude and clean driving record required. • Experience with Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, or Assa Abloy is advantageous.
