About the Role
The Field Operations Manager will direct and supervise field operations for new‑equipment installations, lead construction mechanics and installation teams, and achieve financial performance targets, including profit and working capital. They will also ensure a safe working environment through field education, safety audits, and site logistics planning. Key duties involve coordinating material deliveries, issuing purchase orders, forecasting and scheduling labor resources, and maintaining professional relationships with co‑workers, clients, authorities, and contractors. The manager will also handle contract administration, billing, RFIs, change orders, and optimize project cash coverage. • Lead and supervise new‑equipment field operations and installation teams. • Deliver field safety training, conduct audits, and develop site safety plans. • Manage financial performance, including profit targets and project cash flow. • Coordinate material deliveries, issue purchase orders, and schedule labor resources. • Oversee contract administration, billing, RFIs, change orders, and vendor payments. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, co‑workers, authorities, and contractors. • Analyze project risks and develop contingency plans.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least five years of elevator industry or comparable field experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical proficiency with Microsoft‑based software, strong leadership, decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational skills are essential. • Require 5+ years of elevator or similar field experience and strong leadership skills. • Demonstrate excellent communication and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
