About the Role
• Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using light/heavy buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces; perform periodic high‑dusting. • Clean interior windowsills, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows. • Spot‑clean interior walls daily as needed. • Clean and restock bathrooms, service dispensers, wipe glass, empty waste, scrub floors, and report defects. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers. • Sweep or shovel snow from entrances and walkways as directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, leather/wood polishing, and wall washing.

What You Bring
• No prior cleaning experience required; must follow directions and work with minimal supervision. • Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack‑style portable vacuums. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, high energy, and endurance. • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $12.75 to $15.00 per hour, with pay varying based on location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements; the company complies with minimum wage requirements and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off.
