About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. The Lead steps in to supervise the assigned location whenever the Manager is absent and maintains the standards that keep the environment clean and safe for workers and customers. • Coordinate daily operations, delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff. • Enforce cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility. • Operate specialized cleaning equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals. • Perform general janitorial duties as required.

The position offers an hourly rate of $18, with the final offer adjusted for experience, skills, geographic location, and market data. Work hours are scheduled from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
