About the Role

The assembler will perform bench assembly under close supervision, support efficient order fulfillment, and contribute to facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company policies. • Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts using bolts, screws, and clips. • Follow models, samples, or diagrams while working under close supervision. • Pick, pack, and pull orders efficiently and accurately. • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly problems as they arise. • Keep work areas clean and safe. • Maintain 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) across shop floor and office areas. • Track and sustain visual management tools such as layered audits and OEE boards. • Participate actively in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Candidates must communicate effectively in English, stand continuously during the shift, and perform fine hand manipulation with repetitive motion. Physical requirements include regularly lifting 35 lb, wearing required PPE, and handling exposure to noise, forklift traffic, oils, lubricants, and solvents. Relocation assistance is not provided, and only applicants residing within 50 miles of the location will be considered. The position does not offer immigration sponsorship.

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking an Assembler I‑Seismic for the second shift. Core hours are 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with an hourly rate of $19.82 plus a $0.50 shift differential.
