About the Role

• Measure and price project work from contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities. • Manage post‑contract QS functions, including interim and final payments, variations, cash‑flow tracking, and claim administration. • Advise on contractual matters, ensuring completeness and validity of contractual requirements. • Oversee contractor resource allocation and audit contractor payments. • Ensure timely submission, completeness, and verification of valuations and work measurements. • Prepare variations, day‑works, and monitor final cost estimates. • Maintain expenditure records and prepare monthly financial statements. • Review, negotiate, and settle claims. • Coordinate and monitor the activities of the QS team.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and perform standard estimating activities typical to the engineering and construction industry. The role involves measuring, pricing, and managing post‑contract functions across large infrastructure projects. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • Possess at least 10 years of experience on large infrastructure projects. • Demonstrate knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract administration. • Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills with clear, logical interaction with management and staff. • UAE Authority approval as a Quantity Surveyor is preferred. • Ability to work with construction contract commercial documents, drawings, and specifications. • Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred. • Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work independently.
