Graduates will contribute to designs from inception to completion, assess existing structures, and manage resources within project schemes while gaining mobility across diverse assignments. • Utilize advanced software for structural design, bridge assessment, and finite‑element analysis. • Conduct structural inspections and feasibility studies for bridge renewal projects. • Supervise on‑site works and manage scheme resources and tasks. • Contribute to bridge design from concept through completion. • Assess existing structures through inspections and analytical methods. • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, stakeholders, and subcontractors. • Participate in the Graduate Development Programme with mentorship and chartership support.

The Bridges business line is rapidly expanding after recent high‑profile wins, and it is seeking ambitious civil and structural engineering graduates. Candidates will work on a variety of bridge projects from concept design through implementation for local, national, and international clients, using the latest technology and interdisciplinary collaboration. Graduates may be placed on projects in London, Madrid, Italy, the United States, the Middle East, or within the UK bridge network, contributing to assessments, renewals, and new designs such as the Thames Tideway and Tower Bridge refurbishment. The role demands excellence, agility, communication, and a global awareness to maintain strong client relationships. Applicants must hold a BEng (2:1 or above) in Civil or Structural Engineering, with an MEng/MSc and bridge‑focused modules considered advantageous. They should demonstrate a solid technical understanding, strong interest in bridge engineering, willingness to pursue chartership, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Earn a BEng (2:1+) in Civil or Structural Engineering; MEng/MSc preferred. • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and interest in bridge engineering. • Pursue chartership with ICE or IStructE and maintain proficient Microsoft Office skills. • Exhibit enthusiasm, ambition, and the ability to prioritize and work both independently and collaboratively.
