The position sits within Sales Strategy & Excellence and manages a team of five analysts. Key duties include acting as the primary liaison between sales leadership and go‑to‑market strategy & operations, converting field priorities into a prioritized roadmap, and leading analysts to align strategy with sales organizations. The manager maintains a regular cadence with strategy teams to track delivery, manage dependencies, and remove blockers, while overseeing requirements for sales plays, enablement materials, pricing, and compensation plans. Additionally, the role drives field adoption through training partnerships, oversees deal support services, and publishes leadership‑level updates on progress, risks, and ROI.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business‑related fields (MBA preferred) and bring 7‑10 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or enablement, including 3‑5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience managing global sales operations, strong project‑management skills, and the ability to define and manage requirements for sales plays, documentation, and tooling are essential. The role demands analytical acumen, strategic thinking, decision‑making, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams while communicating complex ideas clearly.
