About the Role

The role translates sales priorities and field needs into clear go‑to‑market strategy and operations requirements, covering sales plays, enablement, tooling, analytics, pricing models, and compensation plans. The incumbent runs a weekly initiative cadence, triages risks, drives field adoption, and delivers executive readouts on progress and impact. The position sits within Sales Strategy & Excellence and manages a team of five analysts. Key duties include acting as the primary liaison between sales leadership and go‑to‑market strategy & operations, converting field priorities into a prioritized roadmap, and leading analysts to align strategy with sales organizations. The manager maintains a regular cadence with strategy teams to track delivery, manage dependencies, and remove blockers, while overseeing requirements for sales plays, enablement materials, pricing, and compensation plans. Additionally, the role drives field adoption through training partnerships, oversees deal support services, and publishes leadership‑level updates on progress, risks, and ROI.
