About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager you will help ensure smooth property operations by handling leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight. You will act as a key point of contact for residents and staff, maintain high standards, and support the Property Manager in daily tasks and reporting. • Manage leasing activities, collect payments, address delinquencies, and conduct evictions. • Process move‑ins, lease renewals, security deposits, and maintain resident records. • Provide support to the Property Manager, generate monthly reports, and train staff. • Coordinate vendor relationships, handle invoicing, and ensure lease compliance. • Ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities, and the willingness to follow Fair Housing and company policies are essential. • Possess 2‑3 years of property management or sales/customer‑service experience. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; auto insurance may be required.
