About the Role

• Lead execution of assigned ESS projects, develop schedules, and ensure on‑time delivery. • Select, procure, and manage materials, vendors, and subcontractors, including negotiation and issuance of subcontracts. • Monitor project scope, budget, billing, and financial performance to maintain profitability and cash flow. • Enforce safety standards and internal policies for project personnel and subcontractors. • Oversee quality control, inspection, and testing to meet contract requirements and customer expectations. • Communicate project status, risks, and financial updates to leadership and customers regularly. • Coordinate customer‑training requirements and ensure documentation complies with contract and Johnson Controls standards. • Resolve client issues, disputes, and quality deficiencies while maintaining open communication. • Manage risk, develop recovery plans, and mitigate escalation of project issues. • Utilize project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and financial accounting systems for tracking. • Maintain required government security clearances and, if applicable, Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least three years of project management experience in construction or facilities maintenance, technical competence with commercial or industrial electronic security systems, and the ability to manage project financials. Preferred qualifications include managing projects over $1 million, SCIF experience, and certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or industry‑specific security system training.
