About the Role
In this position you will prepare and maintain engineering project design layouts, production drawings, and related documentation, providing design support across engineering groups. You will translate customer specifications into manufacturing designs and ensure documentation is accurate and timely. • Produce moderately difficult drawings of parts, assemblies, catalog items, tooling layouts, and facility plans using standard drafting practices. • Interpret product and customer‑supplied drawings and convert specifications into manufacturing designs. • Apply technical knowledge, research specifications, identify purchased components, and perform tolerance stack analysis for complex assemblies. • Provide drafting and documentation support on schedule with minimal direction.

What You Bring
• Utilize SolidWorks or AutoCAD and understand fastening, sheet‑metal joining, and AWS welding symbols. • Hold a high school diploma/GED, 3+ years drafting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot design issues.
