About the Role
The Facility Manager will support JLL’s Integrated Facility Management (IFM) group on an account‑based team and lead the operation teams responsible for managing the client’s facilities. This role serves as the primary contact for client escalations within the regional facilities and ensures quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting other JLL service lines on the account. Key responsibilities include providing leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of critical building systems, analyzing trends, and using data to proactively address issues. The manager will interface directly with senior client management, vendors, and all organization levels, conduct planned inspections, and supervise JLL engineering personnel. Vendor management is a core focus: monitoring work requests, raising vendor quality, holding vendors accountable to contract scopes, and partnering with them to continuously improve service quality while reducing costs. The role also emphasizes client service and compliance, developing positive client relationships, resolving conflicts, ensuring contract compliance, and adhering to applicable codes, specifications, and federal and state regulations. Financial stewardship involves managing budgets for projects and operations, preparing detailed scopes of work and cost estimates, and generating regular and ad‑hoc performance reports. • Lead operation teams and resolve client escalations for regional facilities. • Ensure contract deliverables such as operational uptime, cost‑saving and energy‑reduction initiatives are met. • Direct maintenance of critical building systems and conduct data‑driven inspections. • Manage vendor relationships, monitor work requests, and drive continuous service improvement. • Build and maintain client relationships, handle conflict resolution, and ensure satisfaction. • Oversee contract compliance, adhere to codes, and support engineering compliance programs. • Control budgets, develop scopes of work, and produce regular performance reports.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5‑10 years of relevant experience, proven team‑management ability, strong technical knowledge of building systems, multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently. The position is on‑site in Atlanta, GA and does not provide visa sponsorship. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5‑10 years of relevant facilities management experience. • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building systems and proven team‑management skills. • Ability to multitask, work independently, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
