About the Role

In this role you will bend and install conduit, set up and pull wire and cable, terminate power, control, and instrumentation wiring, install electrical gear and devices, and troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drives while interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders. • Bend and install rigid conduit • Set up and pull wire and cable • Terminate power, control, and instrumentation wire and cable • Install electrical gear, equipment, and devices • Install and troubleshoot PLCs • Install and troubleshoot AC and DC drives • Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, work orders, instructions, formulas, and processing charts • Stand, walk, sit, kneel, and climb stairs regularly; climb ladders up to 35 ft repeatedly during a shift • Work from heights using platforms, scaffolds, ladders, or man‑lifts • Bend, stretch, lift, and move heavy objects repeatedly throughout a shift • Operate, maintain, and work near various power equipment (forklifts, man‑lifts, excavators, drills, saws, hydraulic tools, automatic machinery) • Remain stationary for extended periods; prolonged desk work on a computer

The fast‑paced, agile organization is looking for a best‑in‑class Industrial Electrician who is ready to roll up their sleeves and bring passion to the field. Successful candidates must have knowledge of the NEC and OSHA safety standards, proven experience in the electrical field, and familiarity with single‑ and three‑phase motors and motor‑control systems. A safety‑conscious mindset, 3‑5 years of industrial electrician experience, and the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders up to 35 feet, and lift heavy objects are required. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and working from heights using platforms, scaffolds, ladders, or man‑lifts. Employees must be able to lift 20‑30 lb independently from knee to shoulder height and remain stationary for extended periods, including prolonged desk work. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
