About the Role
The role ensures exceptional service by managing sales and operational activities for large geographic areas and key accounts. Candidates will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and an acceptable MVR is required. Key responsibilities include overseeing all operations such as expense controls, shrinkage, inventory management, and sales distribution tasks. You will manage regional sales teams, build customer relationships, analyze sales and operating reports to identify opportunities, and initiate corrective actions. What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is typically required, along with at least nine years of relevant experience. Several of those years should be in a management or supervisory capacity. • Travel overnight 20%–50% of the time. • Hold a BS/BA in a related field. • Minimum 9 years of experience, including several years in a managerial role.
