About the Role
The manager leads strategic finance transformation initiatives, continuous improvements, and metric management to ensure the right level of service delivery. • Set team goals and provide support to achieve them. • Oversee processes and create plans for timely, accurate service delivery. • Manage daily workload, balancing billers and team leaders to meet KPIs/SLAs. • Act as escalation point for complex issues and make decisions. • Collaborate with Service Delivery Lead, O2C owners and stakeholders to meet SLAs and drive operational improvements. • Manage milestone, lump‑sum, and T&M projects. • Develop dashboards and reports for critical analysis. • Execute strategic finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Recommend cross‑functional and cross‑regional process alignment and standardization. • Plan and lead short‑ to medium‑term projects and contribute to long‑term initiatives. • Build stakeholder relationships through effective communication and management plans. • Lead business continuity planning and execution for the team. • Manage transition activities: assessment, planning, training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support. • Review and update Service Catalog, Statements of Work, desktop procedures, KPIs and SLAs. • Recruit, retain, and develop talent to build capability and achieve goals. • Ensure invoicing quality and provide training as needed. • Analyze team portfolio to balance queue and productivity.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, 12+ years of end‑to‑end Collections/Accounts Receivable/O2C experience and at least 3 years of managerial experience. Candidates need in‑depth transformation program experience, strong knowledge of AR processes, US GAAP, large‑scale ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Blackline), and advanced Excel skills. Leadership experience in a shared service or BPO environment is required. Key attributes include strategic decision‑making, leading change, operational management, planning, effective communication, collaboration, problem solving, analytical thinking, and results orientation. • Apply strong project management skills. • Achieve required SLA for speed and quality.
