About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager partners with Division Sales Managers and Sales Associates to achieve the company’s business plan objectives, including traffic, gross and net sales, and closings. In this role, you will develop the sales team’s skills and manage a world‑class customer journey. • Train and lead Division Sales Managers and Sales Associates to meet traffic, leads, sales, and closings targets. • Research market pricing and provide weekly sales updates and new‑home release information for strategic positioning. • Analyze historical data to aid future land acquisition and develop marketing plans. • Educate studio sales staff on company objectives and execution methods. • Build and maintain a disciplined sales force that delivers homes efficiently and ensures high customer satisfaction. • Drive adoption of CRM, sales order management, and other technology tools. • Conduct audits of digital front porch and new‑home studios to uphold company standards. • Assist in regional budgeting and creation of strategic business plans. • Lead effective backlog management across sales, lending, and production functions. • Share best practices across markets to improve performance. • Manage customer sales, closings, and backlog with a focus on conversion rates. • Oversee contract management on a monthly and yearly basis, ensuring accuracy. • Analyze sales and financial reporting metrics to support profitability.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will bring extensive experience in customer sales, closings, and backlog management, combined with a strategic mindset focused on profitability and new‑home sales. Strong analytical abilities, contract management expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential. A minimum of five years’ sales management experience and ten years in new‑home sales are required, along with a real‑estate license for Arizona and Nevada. • Hold a real‑estate license in Arizona and Nevada and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
