About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle complies with all safety standards and regulatory requirements, and completing daily vehicle condition reports. • Conduct full pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, reporting safety issues. • Operate the truck safely along assigned routes, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated sites. • Read route sheets, follow maps, and service each customer as directed by dispatch or supervisors. • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues to ensure timely service. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers according to procedures. • Monitor waste for unacceptable material and clean accidental spills following safety standards. • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including removing waste from the packer blade and truck body. • Complete route productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and other required documentation. • Meet department productivity standards and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. • Participate actively in the company's ReSOP program. • Adhere to company policies, promote safety standards, and take pride in work quality. • Participate in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and receive paid time off.

What You Bring
