Success relies on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy, and highlighting ROI through proprietary analytics and reporting tools. • Build consultative client relationships to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor. • Prospect new accounts using CoStar's property data to generate sales and close business. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve revenue targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends. • Provide exceptional customer support through regular communication, market insights, and solutions.

What You Bring
All new Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training, equipping them with product knowledge, industry expertise, and market‑credible skills. You will also learn digital marketing and sales techniques by working closely with internal industry experts, product marketing, and product management specialists. • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience. • At least 2 years of commercial real estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and quotas. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to build long‑term relationships with senior/C‑suite clients. • Strong data analysis skills to generate reports and strategic recommendations. • Reliable personal vehicle for travel. • Adaptability in a fast‑growth environment. • Self‑starter who works independently and within a team.
