About the Role

The Site Quality Manager reports to the Regional Quality Manager and leads all quality assurance and quality control activities on each project site, managing inspection teams and serving as the primary quality liaison with client representatives, subcontractors and regulatory bodies. The role involves frequent travel to remote locations and extended periods on‑site, requiring close collaboration with subcontractors, engineering and procurement teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. • Develop, implement, and manage the Site‑Specific Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan in line with company policies and industry standards. • Conduct regular inspections and internal audits of civil, mechanical, and electrical work, documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are taken. • Identify, report, and manage non‑conformances; lead root‑cause analysis and create corrective and preventive action plans. • Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, generate quality metric reports, and use the Sunscreen software for documentation. • Review subcontractor QA plans, audit their work, and verify material and equipment compliance with specifications. • Facilitate lessons‑learned meetings, provide feedback to engineering and procurement, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in utility‑scale solar quality management; preferred certifications include ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and OSHA 10/30. • Possess deep knowledge of utility‑scale PV systems, civil construction, electrical and mechanical codes, and QA/QC methodologies. • Proficient with project management tools such as Procore or Primavera P6 and advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities; able to travel frequently and work on‑site for extended periods.

Benefits

Compensation is offered as a salary ranging from $84,014 to $105,018, complemented by a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, basic life and disability insurance, as well as vacation, sick and holiday pay.
