About the Role

This 100% travel position requires leading project completion, reading blueprints, estimating, managing materials, labor, and costs, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. • Lead and guide project teams to ensure completion • Read blueprints and perform estimates • Manage materials, labor, and electrical project costs within budgets • Apply electrical industry knowledge to new builds, modifications, and site acquisition • Control project financial cycle: budgeting, tracking, reporting, bidding, purchase orders, vendor invoice approval, and close‑out • Prepare scope of work with pricing, resources, and schedule per contract terms • Oversee site acquisition, engineering, and construction compliance with company, client, and regulatory policies • Leverage customer network knowledge to identify additional product and service opportunities • Conduct risk management, contingency planning, and negotiate complex issues • Enforce quality program and safety guidelines to meet industry standards and regulations • Train staff and vendors on company quality processes and standards • Manage inspection and acceptance of vendor and company deliverables • Implement the Zero Defect Policy • Maintain safety as a daily priority • Build and foster collaborative relationships

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a State 01 Journeyman license, has 5+ years of telecom construction experience, proficiency with project‑management and estimating tools, and strong communication and strategic planning abilities. • Understand all phases of telecom construction • Hold a valid State 01 Journeyman license • Proficient with project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, P3e) • Strong MS Office skills • Experience with estimating software • High school graduate with 5+ years of industry trade experience • Preferable experience with 24VDC and 48VDC systems • Self‑starter with excellent oral and written communication • Ability to plan strategically and manage projects • Design and construction expertise • Core network experience; RF engineering experience preferred • Demonstrated decision‑making ability • Ability to travel 100% for up to six weeks at a time
