About the Role
In this role you will process and manage employee payroll operations, ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and collective agreements, handle time‑tracking and absence management systems, provide responsive support to employees, HR Business Partners, and managers, and assist digital transformation initiatives with Schneider Digital. You will also manage administrative responsibilities for payroll processing and training programs through shared service centers. • Process employee payroll while ensuring compliance with laws and collective agreements. • Manage time‑tracking and absence systems accurately. • Provide payroll‑related support to employees, HR Business Partners, and managers. • Assist digital transformation and system improvement initiatives with Schneider Digital. • Handle administrative tasks for payroll processing and training through shared service centers. • Maintain a detail‑oriented, organized approach.
