About the Role
This position supports the daily operation and setup of meeting and event spaces by managing audio‑visual equipment, coordinating room configurations, and ensuring optimal guest experiences. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to maintain smooth event operations while providing technical support for both in‑person and virtual meetings. • Organize daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment for meetings and events • Configure meeting and training rooms by arranging tables, chairs, and furniture according to specific event designs • Deliver additional meeting equipment such as easels, flip charts, tables, and chairs to various locations • Operate different types of audio‑visual equipment for both live and virtual events • Meet with guests on‑site to ensure their needs are met and equipment setup is functioning properly • Attend venue meetings for event planning and coordination purposes • Set up, tear down, and occasionally load and unload equipment for events • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to keep it presentable and in good working condition • Participate in physical inventory count processes and ensure proper security, storage, and transportation of equipment

Benefits
The salary range is $51,100 – $65,200 per year, subject to variation based on education, experience, geographic location and internal equity. This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The role is on‑site in Charlotte, NC.
