Job Highlights
About the Role
The Stacker assembles coils, steel cores, and clamps to initiate the building process for transformers. They also set up stack tables to achieve proper dimensions and stack steel according to specifications, and weld core clamp assemblies in place. Key responsibilities include following the bill of materials to cut required core steel assemblies, setting up fixtures on the stacking tables for high‑precision alignment, and operating equipment such as the stacking table, tilt table, base plate, horizontal shear, and vertical band saw. • Assemble coils, steel cores, and clamps for transformer production. • Set up and align stack tables for precise dimensions. • Weld core clamp assemblies. • Follow bill of materials to cut core steel components. • Operate stacking table, tilt table, base plate, horizontal shear, and vertical band saw. • Use electronic measuring devices for accurate assembly.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Candidates must be able to use electronic measuring devices, operate machines and perform manual assembly, lift and carry up to 50 lb, and work overtime when required. Applicants must reside within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility; active‑duty military members are exempt from this geographic restriction.
