About the Role

As Lead UX/UI Designer you will guide a small team of designers and collaborate closely with product and change teams, software engineers, and external agencies. The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio and solid experience with Figma, Storybook, and WCAG‑compliant inclusive design. They should be comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and have an understanding of front‑end development. Experience in housing, public services, or regulated sectors and line‑management experience are advantageous. This permanent role is a hybrid position based in London, with a salary ranging from £58,173 to £67,358 per annum.
