About the Role
As Lead UX/UI Designer you will guide a small team of designers and collaborate closely with product and change teams, software engineers, and external agencies. What You Bring
Clarion Housing Group is seeking a senior experience designer who wants to make a real difference. The team creates simpler, more accessible websites and apps for residents, buyers, and staff across a variety of use cases. The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio and solid experience with Figma, Storybook, and WCAG‑compliant inclusive design. They should be comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and have an understanding of front‑end development. Experience in housing, public services, or regulated sectors and line‑management experience are advantageous. This permanent role is a hybrid position based in London, with a salary ranging from £58,173 to £67,358 per annum. It covers a 36‑hour flexible week, and the successful candidate can expect to work from the office up to one day per week, with occasional travel.
