What You Bring
FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technicians. The technicians install, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment for industrial and commercial customers, including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, furnaces, boilers, burners, fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, dryers, chillers, and packaged units. Candidates must have at least five years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience, an EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.
