About the Role

• Generate enquiries, negotiate and finalize orders. • Renew AMC and extend support to the Service Supervisor. • Renew maintenance contracts for groups and individual customers in a timely manner. • Improve conversions, recoveries and T business. • Prepare sales negotiation data sheet and submit model elevator proposals. • Complete all contract documentation (tender, technical clarifications, legal documents) and submit within the given timeframe. • Meet customers to assess requirements and maintain Customer History Card for major customers. • Develop and maintain the elevator market and Otis growth through Service Sales. • Support Service and Sales functions to enhance customer experience. • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders. • Manage account receivables. • Adhere to safety procedures while visiting sites.
