The leader works closely with cross‑functional teams to shape market strategy, align product roadmaps, and drive commercial success for Hubbell’s utility distribution solutions. • Partner with business unit, product, and sales teams to design and execute market strategies aligned with trends and product roadmaps. • Define strategic intelligence needs and translate industry data into actionable business decisions. • Lead unified market positioning and commercialization of Hubbell’s distribution offerings. • Deliver strategic pitches, speak at industry events, and oversee cross‑functional workstreams to advance market positioning. • Collaborate with enterprise marketing to prioritize domain‑specific marketing activities and campaigns. • Represent Hubbell in industry coalitions, committees, and standards bodies to ensure visibility at key events. • Create and publish thought‑leadership content and commercial playbooks for the electric utility market. • Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor strategy performance and identify improvement opportunities.

What You Bring
The position seeks a creative market strategist with deep expertise in electric utility distribution to expand a portfolio of solutions from brands such as Aclara, Beckwith Electric, Chance, Hubbell Power Systems, and Quazite. The leader will guide market strategy for distribution infrastructure, automation, and advanced metering, building consensus across the organization to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and accelerate demand generation. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Bring 10 years of leadership experience in B2B market strategy, market intelligence, product marketing, or product management. • Possess at least 5 years of experience in the electric utility market with knowledge of distribution automation, revenue metering, and infrastructure applications.
