About the Role

The Leasing Professional oversees on‑site leasing, marketing, lease administration, and daily office operations for assigned communities, collaborating with leasing staff and supporting the broader team. • Conduct guided property tours for prospective residents • Follow up with prospects via email and phone calls • Produce timely leasing and marketing reports • Assist with in‑house events and outreach marketing coordination • Support leasing office operations and staff as needed • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements • Maintain brand standards and present the property exceptionally • Collaborate with Regional Manager on special projects and assignments • Complete assigned HR/People Operations tasks • Assist with move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins beyond regular hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb regularly, including bending and stooping

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have sales or property‑management experience, proven leadership abilities, strong proficiency with Office tools and Windows/Apple systems, and preferably background in student housing or Entrata software. • Experience in sales or property management • Demonstrated leadership skills • Proficiency with Office products and Windows/Apple operating systems • Preferred: student housing experience • Preferred: Entrata software experience
