About the Role

The Quality and Compliance Lead develops and implements comprehensive quality assurance and compliance programs for JLL’s integrated facilities management service delivery to an aerospace and defense client. This role establishes standards, conducts audits, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements across all service lines and regions. It serves as the guardian of service excellence, maintaining consistent quality while mitigating compliance risks throughout the global portfolio. The position also drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Develop and implement quality management frameworks and compliance programs for global service delivery. • Design and conduct regular quality audits and compliance reviews across regional operations. • Monitor adherence to contractual requirements, service level agreements, and regulatory obligations. • Create and maintain quality and compliance documentation, including manuals, procedures, and training materials. • Coordinate root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee corrective action implementation. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational excellence. • Prepare quality and compliance reports for leadership and client stakeholders.

What You Bring
