About the Role
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records for the association • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and budget-to-actual reports • Reconcile bank, credit card, and reserve accounts regularly • Enter invoices, verify approvals, and process payments for accounts payable • Track reserves, capital projects, and special assessment projects • Organize digital and physical financial records • Collaborate with the community manager, vendors, and board members

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to work in our Jupiter Regional office, with the possibility of remote work after an initial training period. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, manage payables, and ensure timely financial reporting to the Board of Directors and community manager. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with general ledger accounting procedures.

Benefits
The position is full‑time and may offer remote work opportunities after completing the in‑office training. Compensation is $25‑$30 per hour, dependent on experience. Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the Jupiter or Port St. Lucie area.
