About the Role

The Senior ML Platform Engineer will lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of next‑generation AI and machine‑learning platforms on Azure. This senior technical role involves designing scalable, secure, production‑grade ML/LLM infrastructure to enable enterprise‑wide adoption of advanced AI capabilities. Key responsibilities include architecting Azure ML pipelines, defining Terraform‑based IaC, creating high‑availability inference environments, and building reusable Azure DevOps CI/CD templates. The engineer will also establish SRE practices, partner with data‑science and product teams, and mentor engineers while influencing the AI platform roadmap. • Architect and optimize Azure‑based ML/LLM pipelines with secure CI/CD and testing • Design high‑availability inference solutions using AKS, Azure Functions, and microservices • Define Terraform IaC for compute clusters, networking, storage, and governance • Create reusable Azure DevOps CI/CD templates and implement SRE practices for ML systems • Mentor engineering teams, lead design reviews, and shape the AI platform roadmap

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field, 10+ years of experience in ML, platform, data, or cloud engineering, and deep expertise with Azure ML, AKS, Azure DevOps, and Terraform. Technical proficiency in Python (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain), Docker, Kubernetes, and Bash/PowerShell is essential. Preferred expertise includes LLMOps, prompt orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Microsoft Agent Framework, IoT or edge AI pipelines, and knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices. Azure certifications and Terraform Associate certification are a plus. • 10+ years of experience in ML, platform, data, or cloud engineering with deep Azure expertise • Proficient in Python (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain), Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Bash/PowerShell • Strong knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures, model lifecycle management, and observability • Preferred: LLMOps, LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, IoT/edge AI, Azure certifications
